Our Vision

To provide abandoned, abused, traumatised, orphaned, sick and HIV+ babies and toddlers with excellent spiritual, emotional, and physical care in a relaxed home environment, where every child has the opportunity to grow to it’s full potential, by…

  • emphasising individual care and optimal stimulation;
  • sourcing, screening, registering, and supporting individual Place of Safety families by means of emotional and material support; counseling, training and group workshops.

This makes a positive difference in the lives of crisis children by changing their circumstances for the better and giving them a future.

“One hundred years from now, it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove, but the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child”

The Tshwane Place of Safety Association sources and screens Place of Safety Parents.
